  3. minum 1gelas air sejuk setiap pagi untuk elak penyakit *oyeah.ini saya slalu wat~!!*
  4. bertakafur [sujud lama sket, i believe] semasa sembahyang subuh. baik untuk elak pening kepala & migrain *kekadang je wat*
  5. jangan campur makanan darat (ion +) dengan makanan laut (ion -). biochemical reaction boleh rosakkan usus. *puas pesan ben tho*
